Description

Growing in Phoenix: Banyan is related to figs as suggested by the name. It is the National tree of India and is considered the world’s largest tree, in terms of the area they cover. A spectacular architectural tree that lends itself to a tropical feel. 

Banyan trees are easy to grow in Phoenix and require full sun and deep frequent watering. Protect young trees below 30℉. 

Cannot be grown in a container long-term.
